The CRAQ 2012 annual meeting have be held on May 9-11, 2012 at the Station touristique Duchesnay near Québec city.

It is a great pleasure to announce that our invited speakers was David Naylor, University of Lethbridge, Alberta with : "Observing the cold and distant universe: principles and practice" and Soeren Larsen, University of Nijmegen, The Netherlands with : "Star clusters as links between stellar and (extra-)galactic astrophysics".
