Gaia, Star Clusters and White Dwarfs

A few years ago I pretty much ignored all the information coming out about Gaia. I could not imagine at that time that it would seriously impact my research. All that changed for me with the second release of Gaia data (DR2). In the past six months my group has been very actively engaged in various projects with Gaia and I’ll talk about a number of these.
