Low-frequency gravitational wave telescopes

The gravitational waves sought by LIGO represent the high-frequency tip of
the expected astrophysical gravitational wave spectrum. Many of the most
interesting gravitational wave signals will be at much lower frequencies.
I will explain several ideas related to the design and scientific
application of lower frequency gravitational wave telescopes.
